Description
The Sierra C1840G is a countertop, gas conveyor oven with a 18" wide belt and a 40" long cooking chamber. It is designed for cooking pizza, baked dishes, chicken wings, calzones, cookies, pies, pita breads, bakery products, hot sub sandwiches, and more. It is rated at 60,000 BTU and available in natural gas or propane, and is stackable up to three units high.
