Description
The Sierra C1830E is a countertop, electric conveyor oven with a 18" wide belt and a 30" long cooking chamber. It is designed for cooking pizza, baked dishes, chicken wings, calzones, cookies, pies, pita breads, bakery products, hot sub sandwiches, and more. Its heating elements have 10.5 kilowatts of power and is stackable up to three units high.
