Description
The tri-leg Cleveland KEL-40-T 40 gallon tilting 2/3 steam jacketed kettle quickly cooks up large batches of soups, stews, gravies, pasta, and more! Its water-resistant, splash-proof tilting controls smoothly pivot the kettle for easy pouring of even chunky products. Its welded-in heating elements are also better at holding the vacuum and preventing water leaks.
This Cleveland 40 gallon tilting steam jacketed kettle boasts precise, solid state electronic temperature controls, and heats evenly from all sides, which eliminates hot spots to yield consistently ideal results. A 50 PSI rating, which is higher than many standard kettles, improves efficiency and performance. Its LED readouts ensure easy monitoring of the heat cycle and water level so you spend less time watching the kettle and more time focusing on other tasks. Plus, its stainless steel contraction ensures long-lasting durability and easy cleaning! Its rolled rim can stand up to abuse, preventing damage to the kettle, and the heavy-duty flanged feet allow you to bolt the kettle to the floor.
