The TSSU-60-10-HC has a stainless steel front, top, and ends as well as a steel back that’s been coated with GalFan making it resistant to corrosion and helping ensure it’s durability. Inside the cabinet is a stainless steel floor with coved corners that make clean-up effortless. The interior walls are lined with an NSF approved, clear coated aluminum that also looks great.
The unit conveniently comes with 5” diameter stem castors that allow you to move it without difficulty when needed for cleaning and maintenance. Locks provided on the front set, keep the unit in place when it’s in use.
The eco-friendly TSSU-60-10-HC runs on the natural and non-toxic R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant that has an ozone depletion potential of zero as well as a low global warming potential. The patented forced-air design keeps the temperature in the food pans and cabinet between .5°C and 5°C (33°F-41°F).
The condensing unit located at the back of the cabinet easily slides out when required for maintenance.
The TSSU-60-10-HC complies with ANSI/NSF-7.
An 11 3/4” deep, 1/2” thick removable cutting board runs the full length of the unit giving you all the space you need to efficiently prepare multiple sandwiches or salads at one time. The NSF approved white polyethylene material that the board is made of provides a tough surface that will withstand years of use.
The TSSU-60-10-HC comes standard with 10 one-sixth size, 4” deep polycarbonate and NSF approved food pans that make it easy to reach all your main ingredients. The top section is also designed to fit 6” deep pans and can be rearranged with other varying sized food pans with the available divider bars.
The patented foam-insulated lid and hood lock in freshness by keeping the food pan cold while reducing condensation.
Cabinets and Shelving
The entire cabinet and two doors are insulated with a high-density and environmentally friendly polyurethane insulation that helps keep the cold air in and warm air out.
The unit includes four heavy-duty PVC coated wire shelves with shelving clips that can be adjusted to different levels to suit your needs.
Cabinet doors are self-closing but also have a 90 degree stay open feature that makes adding and removing contents effortless.
