Description
The Econocold 27" 1-Door Refrigerated Standard Top Salad Prep Table is constructed with a stainless steel body to ensure a sanitary surface and long-term durability. The specialized refrigeration system uses a rear-mounted compressor with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to maintain consistent temperatures between 0.5°C and 5°C (33°F - 40°F). A 10" deep cutting board spans the width of the unit, offering a stable area for slicing and assembly, while the top section accommodates 1/6 size pans.
This refrigerated base features a self-closing door that include a convenient stay-open feature for easy ingredient retrieval. Inside, the unit is equipped with 1 adjustable epoxy-coated wire shelves that resist rust and allow for a customized internal layout. The Dixell digital controller provides precise temperature management.
For ease of movement, the unit is equipped with 5" pre-installed casters for simple positioning. The ventilated cooling system and automatic defrosting feature work together to prevent ice buildup.
