Pratica FORZA STI is a compact commercial pizza deck oven engineered for quick-service restaurants, pizzerias, and cafes. Designed for storefront placement, its modern aesthetic and display-type door make it visually appealing while baking pizzas up to 15.75" in approximately 2 minutes 30 seconds.
Constructed entirely from stainless steel, this oven prioritizes durability and efficient thermal insulation. It features a ventless system, eliminating the need for complex exhaust installations, and its stackable design allows for stacking two units to maximize kitchen space. Operation is simplified through an intuitive touch screen panel, enabling users to save up to 1024 recipes, each with eight steps, across 16 groups.
