The Prática FIT XL is a high-speed oven designed for commercial kitchens that require rapid and consistent preparation of chilled, fresh, or frozen foods. This compact yet powerful oven accelerates cooking times significantly, allowing for quick service of items like pizzas, sandwiches, and chicken wings. Its ability to produce 40cm pizzas while fitting comfortably on a 70cm worktop makes it suitable for operations with limited space.
Equipped with (2) 1,100 W magnetrons, the FIT XL offers advanced cooking technology. It controls temperature from 30°C to 280°C (86°F to 536°F), combined with independent management of impinged air and microwaves, to ensure high-quality, uniform results. Built from stainless steel for durability and simple cleaning. The oven reduces preparation times, cooking sandwiches in 45 seconds and pizzas in 1 min. 10 seconds. Its user-friendly touchscreen panel provides quick access to 1024 programmable recipes, each with up to 8 steps, ensuring consistent product quality across all preparations.
A key feature is its certified ventless system, which eliminates the need for costly and space-consuming ventilation hoods, simplifying installation.
