The Prática FIT ST Stacked speed oven doubles cooking capacity without increasing footprint, offering 2 independent cooking cavities to rapidly prepare refrigerated, fresh, or frozen foods for high-volume quick-service restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores. Each cavity utilizes a combination of impinged air and microwaves to heat, brown, or toast menu items significantly faster than traditional methods.
Constructed from durable stainless steel, the double-stacked assembly is built to withstand rigorous commercial kitchen environments while fitting easily on standard 60 cm countertops. Its dual certified ventless systems with removable catalytic converters eliminate the need for expensive exhaust hoods, offering complete placement flexibility. Intuitive touchscreen controls simplify dual-cavity operation, with the ability to store 1,024 recipes across up to 8 steps per recipe.
Each oven delivers precise cooking control with an adjustable temperature range of 30°C to 280°C (86°F to 536°F). Furthermore, built-in Wi-Fi and USB connectivity allow for seamless remote management of recipes, HACCP reports, and system updates via the IoK online cloud platform.
