Description

The Econocold 60" 2-Door Mega Top Salad Prep Table is engineered to optimize ingredient organization and storage in busy commercial sandwich shops, pizzerias, and salad bars. Featuring an expanded Mega Top configuration, the unit provides additional rows of pan space on the top rail, providing a larger selection of toppings. Constructed with stainless steel, ensuring it withstands the heavy use and strict sanitation requirements of professional foodservice environments.

Thermal management is handled by an efficient R290 hydrocarbon refrigeration system, delivering environmentally friendly cooling. While the top rail keeps active ingredients chilled, the refrigerated base provides significant cabinet space for backup inventory. It includes a full-length removable cutting board, offering a stable and hygienic surface for high-volume meal assembly and food preparation.

Built for long-term service, This table features 2 self-closing doors with a 90° stay-open function.
