The EFI CSDW2-60VCP Salad/Sandwich Refrigerated Prep Table provides a high-capacity solution for high-volume sandwich and salad assembly lines. The exterior features stainless steel to maintain a professional appearance while ensuring long-term durability. A digital controller maintains precise temperatures between 0°C and 4°C (33°F - 40°F), while the environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant helps reduce energy consumption.

Efficient workflow is prioritized through a hybrid storage design featuring one positive-seal self-closing door and 2 drawers. The unit comes equipped with a full-length poly cutting board and includes 16 insert pans to organize ingredients. For added security and convenience, the doors and drawers are equipped with integrated locks and recessed handles, while the 4" casters allow for easy positioning and cleaning.

This model is Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connectivity ready for remote monitoring.
