Description
This Beverage-Air SPE48HC-12 prep table provides a dependable cooling solution for active food service lines. The unit features a stainless steel exterior and a corrosion-resistant aluminum interior, ensuring the cabinet withstands the rigors of a commercial kitchen. It utilizes an eco-friendly R290 refrigeration system that maintains a consistent temperature range of 2.22°C to 3.33°C (36°F - 38°F), keeping your ingredients fresh.
The top comes equipped with 12 1/6 size pans and a 10" deep white polyethylene cutting board. This layout provides ample space for ingredient variety and food assembly. To maximize efficiency, the 2 doors include a stay-open feature at 120°, allowing staff to restock the 13.01 Cu. Ft. storage area without the doors closing on them. The forced-air design ensures cold air reaches the bottom of every pan.
For mobility and stability, the table is mounted on 6" casters with 2 brakes. The magnetic gaskets on the doors ensure a tight seal to preserve energy.
