Beautifully designed and constructed from a special formula stainless steel, you'll find everything you need in a prep knife with the ZWILLING Pro 38400-161 6" Utility/Slicing Knife.
Forged from a single piece of steel, ZWILLING Pro series knives feature a sharp, flexible, and corrosion resistant FRIODUR blade that's been ice-hardened to 57° on the Rockwell Hardness Scale.
The innovative curved bolster design on the ZWILLING Pro 6" utility/slicing knife supports the professional pinch grip with the thumb and first finger on the blade giving you a safer, more comfortable, and controlled hold.
Unique and Versatile Design
This handy prep knife will become your go-to knife in the kitchen. Slightly larger than the paring knife, it's ideal for cutting up or peeling fruits and vegetables and works great at slicing meat and cheese, butterflying chicken breasts and even deveining shrimp.
ZWILLING Pro series knives have a masterfully designed curved blade in the front to allow for the rocking motion of Western cutting, while also featuring a straight back ideal for the Asian chopping motion. The smaller size knife will fit perfectly in your hand while still giving you plenty of knuckle clearance while chopping.
ZWILLING Pro series knives are designed in Italy by Matteo Thun and made in Germany by ZWILLING J.A. Henckels.
