The Samurai blade edge has gone down in history as one of the sharpest in human history. Samura has this tradition deeply embedded into their DNA. Launched in 2003 they worked closely with MAC and Mcusta to formulate their ideas to create some of the most impressive chefs and kitchen knives the world has ever seen. Samura uses the finest Swedish and Japanese steels hardened to 58-60 on the Rockwell scale in combination with a traditional Japanese shape and fine taper from the spine, which enhances their unrivaled cutting performance.
The Utility knife is the most commonly used knife in the kitchen and a must for every aspiring chef. It is able to perform a broad spectrum of actions in the absence of specialized knives, from cutting bread, sausage, and cheese to processing vegetables and fruits. A one-piece blade of high-quality steel with a high content of molybdenum and vanadium is insusceptible to corrosion, durable and maintenance-friendly. A G-10 fiberglass polymer handle enables you to have your kitchen prep work under absolute control.
