Featuring two independent steam generators located in the base of the steamer, Vulcan's ET floor steamer offers individual compartment control for each cooking cavity making it ideal for high velocity kitchens serving hundreds of meals per hour. With two-speed water fill, the ET lets you get started fast with frequent loading and unloading no problem for the generator-based floor steamer.
