Description
Keep your food warm at foodsafe temperatures at your buffet or serving line with the Vollrath ServeWell SL 38213 three pan hot food table! The electric food table’s dome heating elements uses up to 25% less energy compared to similar units by concentrating energy into the wells. The non-stick surface prevents scale build-up for longevity of the unit and easy clean-ups. The thermoset fiber-reinforced resin wells are self-insulated providing maximum energy efficiency and will not rust or pit.
Capillary tube thermostats control the supply power only when needed, the thermostatic heat controls automatically adjust for water temperature and food volume changes to reduce food waste and maximize energy efficiency.
The unit is constructed with 20-gauage stainless steel top and undershelf while the legs are 16-gauge stainless steel. Mechanical guards are on all controls and power switch for safety and reliability.
