  • Maintenance Advice: Since this unit does not require spillage pans, the wells should be filled with approximately 1" of water for wet operation. Drain and wipe down the wells daily to prevent mineral scale buildup on the heating elements. The removable polyethylene cutting board should be sanitized after every shift.
