I use this at my job daily i chop veggies daily ive chopped chicken no problem for the money this thing cany be beat good grip material on the handle some find it heavy i dont but everyone is different this thing is versatile easily resharpened this should be part of everyones knife kit whom cuts stuff daily

Love these knives

I used to use Nella knives years ago while working in a kitchen. I absolutely loved them. So when I came back into the industry, and purchased a good trailer, I had to get these knives. And I am not disappointed!! Just as good as they were 15 years ago. They didn't have the colour handle I wanted but their customer service was amazing, and I'm a happy chef!
