The Super Patty Machine is able to produce up to an astonishing 2,100 patties per hour making it perfect for restaurants, supermarkets, small processing plants, and other institutions. It’s extremely versatile and can portion out and form many different foods from meat, poultry, and seafood to vegetables and bakery goods.
Effortlessly create perfect patties with the Hollymatic Super. The machine ensures every patty made is the exact same size, weight, and shape so you can be certain that you’re serving your customers consistent portions. It can form patties that are up to 8 ounces in weight and from 0.18 to 0.75 inches thick.
This portioning machine has a removable and safety interlocked feed tray with a guard. It also features an automatic paper interleaving system that helps increase production. Hollymatic patty paper can be added to the paper feed without turning off the machine, saving time by ensuring the process remains uninterrupted.
The Super Patty Machine features an interchangeable mold plate that can be switched out easily and quickly. The entire machine encourages a fast and simple clean-up following every use thanks to a single tool disassembly.
