Description

The La Minerva C/E 653R is a refrigerated forming machine designed for high-volume butcher shops and burger chains. It features a 23 L removable tank and a cooling system that keeps meat at food-safe temperatures during the entire portioning process. Built from stainless steel and Delrin®, it ensures hygiene while producing up to 2,100 patties/hr. with consistent weight and texture.

This unit provides flexibility with interchangeable cylinders, allowing for patty diameters up to 125 mm and thicknesses up to 24 mm. The 40 cm conveyor belt facilitates smooth product output, while the transparent guards allow for constant monitoring. A manual wire cleaning system and NVR safety device are included to maintain high operational standards and worker safety in fast-paced commercial kitchens.

Features a modular design that can be customized with paper interleavers or foot pedals. Its refrigerated hopper prevents the growth of bacteria and keeps fat from melting, ensuring the final product remains premium in quality.
