    Garland’s innovative air baffling system paired with their large blower wheel provides this convection oven with exceptional airflow and circulation. This superior system evenly cooks contents wherever they’re placed inside, while eliminating the need to rotate trays halfway through cooking.

    Intelligent and Easy-to-Use Controls

    The Garland MCO-ES-10 features the Master 450 Cook-n-Hold controls that make the oven incredibly simple to control. Easily set the temperature between 150°F and 500°F, control the fan speed, and enter different cooking modes using the large, easy-to-use buttons located beside the oven door.

    The automatic Cook-n-Hold mode lets you cook meat at a desired temperature, after which the oven will hold the proper temperature without needing to enter any additional commands. An automatic setback function helps conserve energy by turning the oven temperature down when not in use for 30 minutes.

    Large Capacity and Highly Accessible Oven

    This spacious convection oven measures 29”W x 24”D x 24”H inside, which gives you ample space for cooking the large quantities required in the food service industry. It comes equipped with six chrome-plated oven racks that can be adjusted to 13 different positions allowing you to fit virtually any size pan.

    The MCO-ES-10 features a stainless steel exterior with an enamelled porcelain interior. The coved corners inside the oven make it extremely easy to clean while also increasing airflow. The oven’s 60/40 doors contain double thermal window panes that allow you to clearly monitor its contents without opening it up.
