This compact 47 litre convection oven is perfect for small restaurants, cafés, and bars. With a temperature range of 150°F-500°F, it’s able to bake, warm, defrost, and reheat a number of different foods quickly and effectively.
This oven operates using air forced heat circulation to ensure even cooking. It comes with four chrome wire racks to maximize space inside the oven. It also features an adjustable timer with a bell to let you know when it’s done cooking.
The unit is constructed with a heavy-duty, stainless steel housing and exterior. It has a double paned glass door allowing you a clear view inside as well as a stay cool aluminum handle.
