Description
Use the Atosa ACHP-4 Heavy Duty Four Burner Hot Plate, 24" for preparing sauces, stews, and a variety of foods quickly and easily. Boasting a compact countertop design, this commercial hot plate is suitable for use in catering halls, concessions stands, cafes, and food trucks withi limited cooking space or in commerical kitchens when additional cooking space is required. Featuring four 32,000 BTU burners, you can prepare different dishes simultaneously to keep up with demand.
Thanks to its independent manual controls, you can effectively choose when each burner is in use while its cast iron top grates are in flat alignment so you can easily slide pots and pans from one burner to the next. This unit also comes with a stainless steel crumb tray to collect spills and food debris for quick and easy cleanup. Exceptionally durable, this four burner hot plate is made with corrosion resistant stainless steel while its sturdy, adjustable legs ensure excellent stability.
