The CVap HOV3-14UV Holding Cabinet is a versatile cabinet with the capacity to hold up to 14 sheet pans, 28 half sheet pans, or 28 hotel pans. It’s our largest holding configuration – plenty big enough to handle high-volume operations. This full-size model has a simple, easy-to-use membrane control and convection fan. It’s a solid, economical option tour more advanced Series 5 and Series 7 models.
