Description
Positioned on 5-inch casters, the Metro C539-HFS-L insulated heated cabinet can be wheeled throughout a banquet hall to serve food. It reaches a maximum temperature of 200 degrees Fahrenheit to ensure food stays warm enough to serve, and to verify accurate temperatures, this unit has a digital thermometer. It's turned on and off with the flip of a switch and an indicator light shows users when the unit is on.
The Metro C539-HFS-L3 full-height mobile heated cabinet accommodates (35) 18-inch by 26-inch food pans on lip load slides. Its cabinet and door are insulated, and Red Insulation Armour™ keeps the exterior cool to the touch to prevent burns. For maintenance purposes, the bottom-mounted control panel is removable, and the unit is made of aluminum to provide durability.
