Made from professional and high quality carbon steel, this paella pan can transfer heat rapidly and as a reactive metal, adds flavor to the dish. Thanks to its loop handles, carrying this paella pan from oven to table is made easy.
This paella pan is hand wash only, dry immediately and completely. Rub a light coating of cooking oil on pan inside and out, cover with paper towel and store in a dry, non-humid area.
