Description
This commercial steamer is ideal for commercial kitchens, large institutions, school cafeterias and other large organizations, this Vulcan C24EA3-1 electric countertop convection steamer has a 3-pan capacity and was designed to make your cooking experience quick and easy!
Featuring a high output stainless steel generator with manual rain and Smart Drain System (timed drain) with a maintenance feature called PowerFlush that reduces maintenance by regularly removing contaminants before they cause problems
The exterior is made of stainless and inside the cooking compartment is designed with coved interior corners making the clean-up job as easy as possible. The controls are very user-friendly, a 60-minute timer helps you monitor your cooking progress. The steamer doors are heavy-duty with convenient door-to-door latch mechanisms and a gasket guard to ensure the doors stay closed. The legs of the convection steam include leveling feet for stability in your kitchen.
This unit requires an electrical connection of 208V / 3 Phase and can be field converted to 208V / 1 Phase, 240V / 1 Phase, or 240V / 3 Phase.
