Its double deck is designed to cook (6) 14" pizzas per deck, making it well-suited for establishments with steady pizza demand.
Built with a durable stainless steel front and natural clay hearthstone to provides superior heat distribution for authentic crusts. It features dual halogen lighting in each deck for visibility and digital controls for precise temperature management, including a turbo start function for quick preheating. The see-through oven door with heat-reflecting glass further aids in monitoring the cooking process without heat loss.
The interior cooking chamber offers ample space for pizza production. Overall, this oven is capable of reaching temperatures up to 400°C (752°F) and a high-temperature deck option up to 500°C (932°F), the oven handles a wide range of pizza styles.
