Description
The PizzaMaster PM 912ED is a versatile 2-deck electric pizza oven designed for high-volume pizzerias and restaurants. This modular unit delivers precise and powerful cooking, ensuring perfectly baked pizzas with its stone hearth construction. Its efficient design and features make it a reliable choice for operations requiring consistent quality and throughput.
Each deck operates with 8.5 kW of power, allowing for rapid heat recovery and even temperature distribution up to 400°C (752°F). The oven features a durable stainless steel front, dual halogen lighting within each deck for excellent visibility, and a turbo start function for quick preheating. Legs with lockable castors ensure easy positioning and stability.
With 2 decks, the pizza oven offers significant capacity, capable of baking up to 6 (14") pizzas at once. Operational conveniences include a retractable frontal unloading shelf and an integrated eyebrow hood, streamlining the workflow for busy kitchens.
