The Pitco E35 electric fryer features a welded, corrosion-resistant, stainless steel tank to ensure longevity and streamline cleaning. To improve safety by keeping hot elements in the tank, it's designed with a fixed heating element that eliminates the migration of oil through pivot components. For simple operation, it's equipped with an accessible front on/off switch.
Ideal for moderate-volume frying applications, the Pitco E35 deep fryer has an oil capacity of 35 pounds and comes with two baskets. This unit's basket hanger is removable to facilitate thorough cleaning and its exterior is made of durable stainless steel that resists denting. Its 6-inch legs can be adjusted to accommodate the user's preferred working height.
