This Ooni Gas Burner for Ooni Karu 12, Karu 12G and Karu 2 provides the flexibility to switch your Karu 12 series oven from wood to propane in minutes. It features a high-performance 5.3kW burner that reaches 500°C (932°F) rapidly, ensuring your stone stays hot for continuous baking.
The integrated control dial allows for precise flame management, making it easy to transition from high-heat pizza firing to lower temperatures for roasting meats and vegetables.
The unit arrives ready for installation with a pre-assembled 28 mbar regulator and hose for standard propane tanks. For the original Karu 12, the burner is used with the chimney on and door off, while the Karu 12G and Karu 2 models utilize a closed-door setup for maximum thermal efficiency. Constructed with a serviceable stainless steel body.
