With 80 inches of countertop space, this prep table is perfect for restaurants, pizzerias, and other commercial business looking to add or upgrade their pizza prep station. It features an extensive 20.5 cubic feet of refrigerated storage space for keeping extra toppings, dough, sauce, and other raw ingredients at food safe temperatures between -2°C and 8°C (28.4°F and 46.4°F).
Nella’s prep table features an attractive granite countertop that’s easy to clean and offers you an ideal surface for preparing pizza. The refrigerated base is constructed out of stainless steel inside and out and is easily accessible thanks to three solid doors. Interior lighting makes it easy to see and locate items inside the cooler even in low light environments.
This prep table is compatible with the Nella 79" Refrigerated Topping Rail with 9 Pan Capacity - 39595.
