Durable Design and Simple Functions
Its easy-to-use design and simple operation make it the perfect slicer to have in a restaurant, café, or other commercial venue.
This consistent and efficient slicer is constructed out of a durable aluminum alloy material and is intended for low volume operations. The 0.20 hp motor will let you slice meat and vegetables quickly for up to 15 minutes per day.
The 8-inch blade is hard chrome plated in order to extend its life and improve its resistance to wear and abrasions. The blade is also fitted with a sharpener to keep it in pristine condition with every use.
Smooth and Efficient Blade
The Nella 8-inch blade slicer features ball bearings that allow the carriage to glide smoothly while cutting, which helps to ensure clean and evenly sliced food.
With the ability to select a cut thickness between 0 and 15 mm, you’ll be able to achieve expertly thin slices of prosciutto or thicker slices of pepperoni and everything in-between.
The meat slicer's carriage comes equipped with a guard for added safety and protection from the extremely sharp and fast-moving blade. All components are also designed to disassemble easily for cleaning.

I have used it a few times and so far, I am very pleased with the machine. The machine is very sturdy, the motor is strong enough, and the blade cuts very well. Everything comes apart for easy cleaning. Plus, it was not that expensive, especially for a machine that is not made in China.
Its only flaw is that the back of the blade is too flat and, if slicing thick, the slices don't fall easily. You have to grab them with your hand and it is a bit close to the blade. They should put a curved cover over that section. It would help.
All in all, I love my slicer and foresee having it for many years.
Great product for home use.
Have used it lots since purchasing and great overall slicer. Very well built from what I can see and easy to take apart for thorough cleaning.
Works great for home use. It doesn't have space for much sliced meat, maybe the larger sizes do. It takes a while to clean thoroughly. If a best way to clean it sheet of instructions came with it that would be awesome. Haven't read the instruction manual yet as I have used them before.
