Description

The Nella 36" Commercial Natural Gas Range offers versatile and efficient cooking for busy professional kitchens. This multi-functional unit combines open-top burners, a griddle plate, and a standard oven, allowing chefs to sauté, grill, bake, and warm dishes simultaneously to meet diverse menu demands.

Durable stainless steel front and a welded frame, this range is built for stability & longevity in demanding environments. It features (4) 30,000 BTU open-top burners for powerful direct heat, complemented by a 12" x 24" griddle with 20,000 BTU for flat-top cooking. 12" x 12" cast grates ensure even heat distribution & are easily removable for cleaning.

The standard oven provides a robust 31,000 BTU U-shape burner and a wide temperature range from 121°C to 288°C (250°F to 550°F). It includes 2 oven racks with 4 adjustable positions, accommodating full-size sheet pans for baking or warming various recipes. Adjustable 6" stainless steel legs provide stability and allow for easy leveling.

Maintenance Advice
Daily cleaning of the crumb tray and griddle surface is required. Cast iron grates should be seasoned regularly with vegetable oil to prevent oxidation. Ensure burner ports remain clear of food residue.
