Perfect for both commercial and residential use, the Spiedini Meats grill top is placed right on top of the grates of your barbecue or commercial grill. You’ll be able to cook up to 24 spieducci (also known as spiedini or arrosticini) skewers at one time, making it perfect for backyard parties, catered events, and even restaurants.
The grill top features “V” notches on both sides of the frame that securely hold each skewer and prevent them from rolling around or falling through the metal grates. A flat lip on the bottom of the grill top provides a protective barrier and helps prevent injury to fingers and hands accidentally brushing the hot grates underneath.
