Description
The Marra Forni ELST37-36/2 uses a dual-deck configuration on a single mobile chassis to increase production capacity without expanding the kitchen footprint. Each chamber utilizes radiant infrared heating technology embedded within the stone hearth to ensure rapid heat recovery and uniform baking. The MarraSmart® digital touchscreen allows for independent programming of upper and lower heat elements, ensuring precise thermal management for various dough types.
Durability is ensured by a stainless steel front and counterweighted doors with large tempered glass windows. The 7" interior deck height easily fits 18" x 26" pans, while integrated manual damper vents on each level provide control over humidity. These features support a versatile commercial environment that can switch between high-heat Neapolitan pizzas and delicate pastries.
