Garland's 24" Gas Griddle - GD Series (GD-24G) from Garland is a compact-sized unit that can cook a variety of foods, such as hamburgers and pancakes. The cooking surface is 18" deep to hold a large quantity of whatever you decide to cook on it. This unit has a rear gas connection with pressure regulator for your convenience. Although this griddle can be freestanding on a counter, it can also be banked together with other Garland products from the GD series. This Garland countertop griddle was designed for high volume foodservice operations and can withstand a chef's daily use.
