Description
Combining a number of high-end features, you’ll find that the most efficient, easy-to-use, and highly effective machine for cleaning racks of dishes is the Fagor COP-504W Multi-Power High Temperature Undercounter Dishwasher.
This energy efficient commercial dishwasher uses only 0.63 gallons of water per rack and gives you the option of selecting between three wash cycles that run for 90, 120, or 180 seconds. The COP-504W also features a power level that can be easily adapted in the field in order to suit your needs. At half power (standard) it can clean up to 30 racks in an hour, but field converted to full power this dishwasher is capable of cleaning up to 37 racks in the same time period.
This dishwasher features a booster heater that heats the water to the minimum 180°F temperature necessary to effectively sanitize contents inside. A hot water assurance function ensures that the timer for the rinse cycle won’t begin until the minimum temperature has been reached.
Thanks to Fagor’s Effi Silent and Soft Start systems, the COP-504W is able to to operate at a much quieter level. The machine is built with a double skin stainless steel body that provides added insulation as well as a wash-pump control that both work together to reduce the noise produced.
User-friendly digital controls, located just above the door, make it easy to set and monitor the dishwashing progress.
The COP-504W comes equipped with built-in drain pumps, detergent and rinse aid dispensers so you can begin using the dishwasher right away. Each unit also comes with a flat rack, peg rack, and cutlery container allowing it to function as both a dishwasher and glasswasher.
