Description
The EFI CGOM-3659 Refrigerated Open Air Merchandiser presents a curved profile featuring 11.3 Cu. Ft. of storage space for high-visibility retail sales. This 36" wide open air merchandiser uses double tempered glass on the sides to let natural light in and highlight chilled inventory. Brilliant LED lighting is positioned at 2 front sides to illuminate snacks, beverages, and sandwiches, while 3 adjustable shelves allow for various layouts based on product size.
Cooling is managed by a ventilated system that utilizes R290 refrigerant for thermal efficiency within a temperature range of 0°C to 12°C (32°F - 53°F). A digital temperature control and display allow for precise adjustments to match specific food safety requirements. This unit features an automatic defrost cycle and a system where condensation water evaporates automatically to keep the internal environment clean and clear of ice buildup.
Operation remains efficient through the use of an included night curtain that maintains cold temperatures during closed hours. The condenser at the backside is maintenance free, saving staff time and labor costs over the life of the equipment. For easy positioning within the floor plan, the unit is equipped with four 2" diameter casters, with 2 involving brakes to secure the display in a fixed location once installed.
