It features four 12" x 12" heavy-duty removable cast iron top grates for robust support and even heat distribution. A drip tray located under the burners catches grease and spills, making cleanup simpler. Standing pilot lights ensure quick and dependable ignition for all top burners.
The oven operates with a 24,000 BTU burner and maintains temperatures between 79°C to 288°C (175°F - 550°F), controlled by an oven pilot with a 100% safety shut-off. Multiple built-in rack guides allow for flexible cooking heights, and 2 chrome oven racks are included as standard. The unit comes equipped for either natural gas or liquid propane, with an LP conversion kit provided for adaptability. It connects via a 3/4" NPT rear gas connection and includes a regulator.
