Built with durable, all-welded satin finish stainless steel, the EMT-10 ensures longevity and meets strict hygiene standards. Its interior features a stainless steel liner, offering superior resistance to corrosion and facilitating easy cleaning. The double-wall interior forms a steam jacket around the lower two-thirds of the kettle, promoting uniform heat circulation.
The integrated electric steam boiler is rated at 24 kW, operating at 15 PSI, providing efficient and controlled heating. Key features include a deck-mount hot and cold faucet with a riser, a steam control valve, and a water treatment system. The kettle's hemispherical bottom design further aids heat distribution. For complete product emptying and easy cleaning, the kettle tilts forward 90° and includes a reversible, removable handle.
Boiler controls include automatic water level, automatic blowdown, and CSD-1 controls with secondary low water cut-off, ensuring safe and reliable operation. All piping is concealed within the modular stainless steel cabinet base, which rests on 6" stainless steel legs with adjustable flanged feet for secure installation.
