The Dadaux SX 200 bone saw is designed for butchers, meat processors, and commercial kitchens that require precise and efficient cutting of bone-in meats. Built with an entirely 18/10 stainless steel housing, including the flywheels, the SX 200 features a strong, rigid frame that withstands demanding use.
