Using their 3-ply Surround-Heat technology, Cuisinox ensures heat is evenly and efficiently distributed throughout all areas of the pan, eliminating hot spots and burnt or undercooked food. This multi-clad construction is comprised of a layer of 18/10 stainless steel that covers the interior cooking surface, a layer of pure aluminum in the middle, and a magnetic stainless steel layer surrounding the exterior. The pan's unique composition allows it to be used on all cooking surfaces and is specially designed to be used with induction cooktops thanks to its magnetic properties. The pure stainless steel and brilliant mirror finish create a distinctive and attractive appearance while continuing to be extremely easy to clean and maintain.
This 8-inch fry pan features a long, hollow stainless steel handle for maximum comfort when lifting and maneuvering on the stove. It's permanently attached with stainless steel rivets that won't ever come loose.
