Description
The Centerline by Hobart CDL-1 commercial dishwasher is a door-type model with a 4-gallon wash tank; it uses 0.86 gallons of water per rack for each cycle. Depending on soil levels and time requirements, operators can choose between a standard or extended cycle, and for streamlined operation in fast-paced environments, it fills automatically and has an automatic pumped drain. It features a top-mounted user interface with a digital temperature display, and this unit includes one peg rack and one combination rack.
To extend its service life in busy commercial kitchens, the Centerline by Hobart CDL-1 dishwashing machine is made of strong, rust-resistant stainless steel and features a stainless steel scrap basket that can be removed for cleaning. For thorough washing and rinsing, it's built with tri-prong, snap-in revolving upper and lower anti-clogging wash and rinse arms.
