The Browne Thermalloy line is designed with increased thickness to allow heat to be evenly distributed across the cooking surface. As a result, this increases the cooking efficiency of the heating element to promote less energy use while allowing for foods and liquids to be cooked evenly throughout.
The cover is constructed from 6 gauge aluminum and designed to fit 8-quart stock pot, making it ideal for heavy-duty usage in restaurant and commercial applications.
The lid comes with a large, hollow handle riveted to the top for heavy, repetitive use.
