The Blodgett BCM-61E electric combi oven will increase your productivity and efficiency for your foodservice business. With its programmable feature, this combi oven can program 50 recipes with 10 cooking stages each. And with its innovative design, you are able to cook different styles with just one cooking equipment!

The carefully designed BCM-61E comes with numerous smart features that were designed to make your job easier. Features such as: an automatic door stops at 110 and 180 degrees for easy loading and unloading, a two-step door latch that automatically stops the fan from blowing hot air and steam towards the operator when door is open, and a door mounted drip guard to keep condensation off the kitchen floor.

The BCM-61E has enough power to take on any cooking challenge, it comes with a built-in steam generator, an operating temperature range of 85°F - 480°F and reversible 9-speed design that helps with even airflow throughout the oven interior.

The intuitive dial control design and digital display makes it easy to use for anyone and removes the complexity some cooking equipment have while still allowing you to store up to 50 recipes. The dial control system gives access to various operation modes to handle all recipes. Operation modes include hot air mode, combi 1 (30-40% steam), combi 2 (60-80% steam), retherm mode, steam mode, low-temperature steam mode, forced steam mode, and a preheat mode for heating an empty oven. Equipped with an external core temperature probe with multiple sensing points for precision cooking.

Cleaning and maintenance is an easy process. The automated Combi/Wash cleaning system helps save you time and labor. The cleaning system is efficient minimizing the use of water and detergent as well. The interior has a hidden away hose that you can use and hide away conveniently. There is also a semi-auto deliming system, automatic boiler flush and a lower water indicator all helping you prolong and maximize the life of your oven.

The interior can house up to (8) 12” x 20” food pans 2.5” deep. The unit is mounted on 21.5” tall stand with adjustable feet and runners for additional storage space. The entire unit interior and exterior is constructed with 304 stainless steel for superior durability and corrosive resistance.
