The Atosa AUR48SD Undercounter Refrigerator is a cold storage solution for high-demand commercial kitchens, bars, and food preparation areas. It provides 11.8 Cu. Ft. of refrigerated space, positioning ingredients and prepped food directly beneath the workspace for immediate access. Features durable stainless steel construction, guaranteeing resilience against the daily challenges of a busy kitchen environment.
This 2-door refrigerator uses an electronic temperature controller to maintain an internal climate consistently between 1°C to 3°C (35°F to 38°F), optimal range for safety and freshness of perishable refrigerated goods. Supporting energy conservation, the 2 doors are self-closing and feature a stay-open function at 90°. The use of R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant supports efficient cooling while minimizing the unit's environmental impact.
Comes equipped with pre-installed heavy-duty casters that allow easy movement for deep cleaning or layout changes. 2 epoxy-coated shelves are included, maximizing internal organization and resisting corrosion in moist conditions.
