This Alfa Zeno 6 Pizze Electric Professional Pizza Oven features a 43.3" x 29.5" refractory floor designed to bake 6 x 13" pizzas simultaneously, reaching temperatures up to 500°C (932°F). The unit operates with 18 kW of power, utilizing top and bottom heating elements that can be adjusted independently to manage crust and topping cook times. High-density ceramic fiber insulation keeps the external surfaces cool while maintaining intense internal heat for back-to-back orders.

The integrated oven base provides a stable platform with 4 locking casters, allowing for easy placement within a commercial floor plan. A 5" digital control panel offers precise management of the baking chamber, ensuring consistency for high-volume output of 80 pizzas per hour. The flue exit and the thick refractory bricks are engineered for thermal stability and rapid recovery during peak service hours.

Constructed for heavy use, its chamber utilizes halogen lighting for visual monitoring of the cooking process.
