Description

Sporting a conical design with a coarse mesh, the Winco CCS-10C 10" mesh China cap strainer is perfect for removing clumps from any mixture, like stocks and bisques. In addition this strainer has a wide easy-grip handle and a convenient support hook that can be used for balance by resting it on the rim of the pot as you work. Thanks to the durable 18/8 stainless steel construction, this china cap strainer will withstand years of heavy duty use and cleanings
