Use this Vollrath 47004 14" Nylon Handle Piano Whisk to quickly and easily mix or aerate even thinner food products.
It features piano fine wires for mixing or aerating thinner food products. The wires are constructed from high quality 18-8 stainless steel to resist corrosion and rusting with a center reinforcement wire to eliminate bending, twisting and deforming.
A knob end on the handle prevents slippage. This piece of kitchenware also comes with comfortable, sure grip nubs and is heat resistant to 475 degrees Fahrenheit. Color coded purple for piano style for easy identification
