Description

The Trento Valoriani Igloo 120 is engineered with a 47" internal diameter floor, handcrafted from refractory cotto clay sourced from the Valoriani family's own quarries in Italy. This specialized material allows the oven to reach a maximum working temperature of 595°C (1100°F) and maintain it with minimal wood consumption. Unlike standard ovens, the breathable dome prevents the buildup of moisture.

This professional unit is constructed as a pre-assembled dome that can be placed on a masonry base or a reinforced steel stand. The exterior is finished with a render that can be customized with tile mosaic to match the specific branding of your restaurant. The wide 22" x 11" arch opening is designed to provide chefs with maximum visibility and ease of movement when using large peels, while the insulation ensures that the exterior remains safe for staff to work.
